Despite being in an outdoor mall, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a good night’s sleep. the staff are friendly and very helpful. the breakfast is delicious, with an excellent choice of dishes. the rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds, and everything feels almost brand new even though the hotel has been around for some time.

Finding the entrance to the nearby multi-storey parking can be a bit tricky, but the reception staff can provide guidance on how to get there.

Great Christmas stay! Perfect location in the heart of the town with ample restaurant choices. Friendly staff and spotless rooms with comfortable beds. The air con kept us from feeling overheated, and the Wi-Fi was fast. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the provided tea and coffee, with biscuits, was a nice touch.

The car park is small and can get full, which meant we had to park on the street and pay. , the restaurant wasn't open as early as we wanted for breakfast.

Secondly, the attention to detail was superb, with extra tea/coffee/milk/sugar available at reception - a lovely touch. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Finally, the location right in the heart of the main shopping centre was perfect, allowing for easy access to various amenities.
